Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) tanks have proven to provide our customers with lower overall cost than other types of storage tanks, largely due to the durability of the material, design flexibility, ability to modify tanks for changes in processes and minimal maintenance.  Tanks can be designed to meet 

Fiberglass offers some key advantages when it comes to above ground storage tanks:  

• Design flexibility to install accessories anywhere on the tank in lieu of only flat areas

• Fittings / flanges / couplings are all bonded integrally to the tank of the same FRP material, minimizing the opportunity for potential leaks

• Longer service life than tanks such as polyethylene and in turn, greater safety due to minimized risk of catastrophic failure

• Fiberglass tanks can be relined once the interior is showing signs of wear due to exposure to harsh chemicals, resulting in avoidance of replacement costs or costly downtime due to a major capital project

• Side access manways are possible for safer maintenance and cleaning access

• Can be manufactured with internal sloped floors for better drainage without having to manufacture cone or dish bottom tanks

• Tanks can be pigmented for color matching of facility or business colors

• Domed tops, flanges, tank skirts, tank stands, etc.
