It's been a busy week!

What a week!!! Long hours and not much rest for the crew but they knocked out an incredible amount of work all over the state this past week. Wrapped up installation of a new, custom designed brine system on Tuesday, then hopped in the trucks and completed installing fiberglass spray stands on another brine system. In between all of that, we finished up some custom brine flume covers and other various little projects! All for cheese. We love cheese! 🧀
