Brine System with Cover

Fiberglass Solutions LLC fabricated this custom fiberglass brine system with a full-length fiberglass cover. Often we fabricate covers for flumes, but this project posed a new challenge. The customer wanted the ability to cover their entire brine tank, while also maintaining accessibility, ease of access and most importantly, safety of their workers. We designed and manufactured a fiberglass cover that could be easily raised and lowered off of the tank. It was important for the Customer that while in the open position, suspended above the tank, the workers’ safety would not be compromised. To ensure their safety, we designed removable, cleanable and sanitary support stands that could be easily put in place to ensure that the cover would be fully supported at all times.
