Baffle Repair

One of our Customer's called and asked if we could come take a look at their wastewater baffles. He mentioned that he thought they were a complete loss and had already purchased two new ones. We stopped in and evaluated the condition and determined that although they may look ugly, the fiberglass is structurally sound, but needs some repairs at the mounting locations. We loaded them up, took them back to the shop and began by cleaning them up. Once cleaned, the fiberglass patching was completed. Another round of sanding and smoothing out the patches before we applied the exterior gel coat to make these wastewater baffles look like new once again! The best part about this deal? We saved our customer a lot of money over purchasing all of these panels brand new! This was truly a win-win situation.
